The SHEQ Team is here to support the business in maintaining safe, healthy, environmentally responsible and quality-focused delivery across all areas of our work. The team members shown below should be used as the primary points of contact for day-to-day SHEQ support, advice, assurance, incident reporting, guidance and compliance-related queries.
Where matters require escalation, the appropriate regional route should be followed. For the West region, escalation should be directed to Steve Spencer until the end of August, after which Simon Fry will join the business as Head of SHEQ (West). For the East region, Steve Green, Head of SHEQ (East), is the escalation point for matters arising across the eastern area of the business.
This structure is intended to provide clear access to support, ensure issues are managed at the right level, and help maintain consistent SHEQ standards across Bridges
